Wonder Labs Pet Factor Vitamin B12 with Intrinsic Factor is recommended by the Epi4Dogs Foundation Inc.
Our PET Factor B-12 formula provides Methylcobalamin B-12 in a base of Folic Acid and Intrinsic Factor for enhanced absorption of orally administered vitamin B-12.
B-12, Folic Acid and Intrinsic Factor work together. Folic Acid prepares B-12 for absorption, intrinsic factor attaches to the B-12 so it can be absorbed.
Intrinsic Factor is an enzyme like substance secreted by your pets stomach. Without the proper amount of Intrinsic Factor vitamin B-12 cannot be utilized and absorbed. This combination of ingredients from Wonder Labs helps increase the overall bio-availability for your pet.
Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI) impairs an animal’s ability to digest and absorb the nutrients available in food. Because of insufficient digestive enzymes created by the pancreas, food passes through the body basically undigested. Animal’s will begin to lose weight and have loose, foul-smelling diarrhea. Animals with EPI eat voraciously because they are not able to gain nourishment from the food they do ingest. Effective EPI ( Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency ) regimen.

Superior Product over others that claim the same!
This beautiful chocolate lab was born with a lot of health issues. Anal glands in overdrive. Unstable digestive issues that were ongoing and causing soft stool to full on diarrhea. Hundreds of dollars spent at multiple visits to our vet, them doing the same protocol again and again never digging further into what is causing her problems. You know how it goes…just throw a bandaid on it, just write an expensive prescription for it that comes with a ton of side effects. Not to mention her spaying was botched, 6 months of internal infections, which lead to low grade urinary incontinence with a risk of UTIs. 11 puppies in her litter, and we get the one who has health problems. Not to worry, I’m a dog mom who doesn’t give up. I do the research, I figure out the causes. Her body doesn’t absorb regular vitamin B12. Thank goodness for WonderLabs Pet Factor B-12! Her health is improving! Her stool is healthier! She just on one a day right now and her improvement in a week is significant! The vitamin B 12 injections at the vet are very expensive. This is a much more affordable way to help a dog’s body absorb Vitamin B12! The quality of this product is far superior to others that claim the same benefits. Our dog has always had high energy levels, so this hasn’t changed anything. The size of the pill is small enough to hide in a spoonful of canned food. My dog doesn’t notice it, so I guess the taste is minimal. I fully recommend this product for any dogs with ongoing soft stool issues. It’s worth a try. 180 pills! That’s a 6 month supply at 1 a day or 3 months supply at 2 a day. Far more affordable then B12 injections at the vet, and less stress on the dogs.

Great B-12 for my dog
My dog has IBD, and our vet would give him occasional B-12 shots when we were there because it’s supposed to be helpful for IBD. Actually my google search says that dogs with IBD don’t absorb B-12 very well, so I think it’s kind of important to supplement for them.Since we don’t get to the vet very often and the cost of the shots add up (plus their schedule now is crazy when I want to make an appt.), I decided to try this; and they have worked great!I really believe that it has helped his IBD because he has had only a couple of small flares since we started this about 6 months ago, and he had been having consistent flares every couple of weeks for months before starting this. And this is the only thing I changed.I wish I had known about this sooner. It was never suggested to me to give a B-12 supplement and I didn’t even know that it was available for dogs.Since my dog is about 15#, I give him 1 capsule 3 times a week. I actually break the capsule open and add it to his other supplements in almond butter. If your dog has IBD, I’d definitely recommend trying this.

Important administration instructions
Our dog has been suffering with upper and lower GI issues over the past year. After our most recent blood test panels we were instructed to give him a vitamin B12 and folate supplement. This product was a fraction of what the veterinarian’s office would have charged. We researched the company and felt comfortable with their quality standards. I reached out for dosing instructions via their website and they got back to me the same day. Important to note that you can hide this pill in cheese / pillpocket whole. The instructions say to open the capsule and mix with food. However, it can also be given whole. Our dog is extremely food selective and wouldn’t touch it when mixed with his food. I can’t speak to efficacy since we haven’t yet had repeat lab work, but this supplement, in conjunction with a probiotic and prescription food, does seem to have made some positive impact on his quality of life. Photo comparison of product next to a regular Tylenol for size reference.

Cyanocobalamin and intrinsic factor for your pet without shots.
Bought it for my cat with Triaditis where they have deficiency of Vit B12 and Intrinsic Factor. Alternative is to take to the vet for regular shots. (Cat is actually my partners but he won’t spend any money on him for vet care.) This is actually for a dog, but vits are vits and i give half a capsule daily in the morning with a tablespoon of his Lickable Treats, along with Miracle Enzyme powder. It blends well into his food ad doesn’t seem to have any bad taste.Cost was 32, but considering that bottle contains 180 capsules (halving it will give 360 doses), I can use it for a year.I do seem to notice and increase in appetite which starts to flag every 6 weeks and i have to give him prednisone every 6 weeks as if he stops eating, he will have liver failure. So it has been 7 weeks now and I did not see a need to dose him with 3 weeks of steroids yet. Good! Steroids decrease life but increase quality of it. Much more comfortable and relatively pain free.I would buy again.
