It started with JJ
ZippyPaws’ co-founder Jen adopted an adorable golden retriever puppy in 2003. Being the friendly puppy he was, JJ quickly won the hearts of everyone he met. Some of his favorite activities include sleeping with his paws in the air, rolling in the grass, and playing with squeaky plush toys.
As a business student at the University of Southern California, Jen wanted to leverage her family’s 20 years’ of manufacturing experience in the pet industry and her strong design background to create a boutique brand of pet products. Four years and going strong!
Bought this for my Newfie when she was just a pup. It had been a favorite ever since. We stuff a few treats inside and pack the log with the squirrels and other small toys. When then toss it and tell her to “find the treats”! It’s fun to watch her dig and wrestle the toys out. Then to see her stick her big snout in to try and get her treats is good for a grin. This toy is still in great condition with no damage. It has been laundered many times and holds up great. She’s a dog that will do anything for treats, and this is a great way to make her think it through and work for her rewards. Only thing I would change is to maybe make the log crinkly. Otherwise a great treat dog toy.

Great interactive Small Dog Toy
My Brother left his Older Chihuahua with me to baby sit for a week and I purchased this for her & we played together everyday with it ! She had so much fun getting the squirrels 🐿️ out of the log and squeaking the squeaker inside them. She carried around one of the squirrels in her mouth off and on then hiding it somewhere in my house for later when she was ready to play with it again . Fantastic toy ! Would highly recommend it ! Great price & do play with your Fur babies with these , they require interaction ❣️ENJOY ❣️😃😃😃❣️

Best chipmunk toy on Amazon!
This is a great interactive toy. Its durable, fun, well made, detailed, not too plush (so when the trunk gets chewed/torn open by too much play, a bunch of stuffing doesn’t end up all over), and our kiddos love it. It was packaged/shipped well so none of the squeakers were damaged. The chipmunks, all which have a squeaker positioned within their heads, are adorable, sturdy, and fit in the soft velvety trunk just perfectly.The trunk is about 14″ long by 6″ and the chipmunks are about 4.5″×2.5″ (you may see photos for reference-We also have the Outward Hound-Large trunk which is included for comparison). Also, we have found that the set of 3 chipmunks that you can buy for under $6 for the Outward Hound toy will fit in this ZippyPaw toy-perfect for when it’s time to restock the scurry! We will buy again and again once this toy is out of commission…our pups have so much fun with this!

Excellent fun toy for curious dogs
Got this for the family dog, she loved it! Put the chipmunks inside the log and she had fun trying to get them out. The chipmunks are also squeaky. The toy lasted longer than these things usually do, but did wear and tear after a while. Our dog is small (35 lbs) so beware if you have a larger dog or a heavy chewer it may wear out faster.

Small toys will not hold up, but the log does.
Love the log plush . Toys detroyed within a week. But we put Kong toys in the log for her interest and play time. She does not chew on the log! Go figure.

She Loves It
First of all, it’s doggone cute! I have a Bolognese who is approximately 3 years old. She is a chewer. She had a stuffed doggy that had a battery operated heartbeat machine zipped in it’s tummy. Supposed to be comforting to babies and puppies. It was a secondhand gift, so the battery was dead. First day, she ripped it’s heart out of it’s chest. Lol So I was looking for a toy that would be entertaining and durable. This had good reviews, so I gave it a try. We have had it almost 3 weeks and still going strong. No tears, and she plays with it every day..The tree and 3 squirrels are very well made. She loves to throw the baby squirrels at my head. She always gets excited when I squeeze one to make it squeak. She even likes to throw the tree around. I frequently put treats inside the tree and stuff the squirrels into the appropriate space. She very quickly removes the treats, but loves the game. I will definitely buy this again.

Our dog adores this! Best toy in the 16 months we’ve had our rescue.The 3 chipmunks each contain a squeaker, so supervision is recommended.Each chipmunk is somehow tethered to the log, and our 20# guy got 2 of them quickly detached, but he hasn’t torn them apart. He just happily prances around with one in his mouth.

Dog and owner favorite
My Pomchi mix is enjoying this. He waits whenever I get deliveries to see if there is something for him. I opened it, he grabbed it and took off to solve the puzzles, too funny. Hope it holds up a long while.I also like the fact that the squeaks are not too annoying, that is important. I usually only purchace “silient” squeak dog toys.
