My turtles can now relax next to each other and not on top of one another
I recently purchased the biggest one and the only thing that I struggled with was suction cups are a little hard to attach to the hanger but I eventually got them to connect.The suction cups aren’t flimsy and yet easy to relocate anywhere on the tank . it is a pretty decent size it can fit both of my medium sized turtles on it and they aren’t struggling for space or laying on top of one another .

Adjusts to water level & stays anchored
This replaces an old dock for my turtle tank. I wanted a slightly bigger platform than I had. The description said this would be a 19″ x 8″ dock, which would be slightly longer than the old one. But when I received it the box was labeled as an 18″ x 9″ dock, so some numbers were transposed. Was a little disappointed at the actual size but this dock has more buoyancy and doesn’t dip into the water when my turtle is basking so she is able to completely dry off between swims. The suction cups keep the dock in place and lets it float up or down with the water level. It has a good texture that allows my turtle to climb up without much difficulty. The coloring looks natural. I’d purchase again for my 40 gallon tank.

Great for small turtles, needs adjustments for bigger turtles and then great!!
We have 3 different turtle tanks with rescued turtles. We have a 75 gallon which holds a painted turtle, and big Bertha aka female yellow bellied slider. She is a big girl who we rescued from someone who had her in a 10 gallon tank, no lights and was very skinny. We got her the 75 gallon tank and this dock and the proper lighting.This dock worked great but as she got heavier and more appropriate in size this dock did not hold her weight so we had to make a few adjustments. We went to a granite counter top store which allows you to take scrap pieces so we got a few used scraps, 100% safe silicone and made a platform underneath this to hold it up so it will not sink. We have had the docks for months and it works excellent, she is up there for most of the day!!!We also have two 55 gallon tanks that also have these docks for the smaller/neglected turtles which they all love and use daily. They last quite a while in less you have a super destructive turtle. We did have one rescue that chewed the corner, it is made from heavy foam, so we had to find something different for this little guy but we have had over 15 different turtles and species and only had one destroyer.We are NOT A RESCUE people seem to get turtles and don’t realize there care so they end up at our house.I would recommend this as it is easy to clean and the suction cups last quite a while. You do need to take the suction cups off monthly toclean and let air dry so they stick better.Also make sure you check your package before placing into the tank as I have had a couple that came cracked down the middle, which Amazon’s return policy worked spectacular again!!

Works as a free floating basking deck in a pond.
I am so glad I found this basking deck for our new turtles. We put turtles in our pond and I was worried because they weren’t able to get out to bask. I tried a log slice type floating deck and they didn’t even try to get on it. I was worried that I would need something that could be attached to a wall or affixed to a base which would be difficult in a pond and then I found this. The ramp goes under the water just enough to make it easy for the turtles to get on and off. It accommodates our two six inch turtles well and they enjoy basking together. They also like to hide under it.

It’s very sturdy
I should have bought this months ago. My turtle is back up and on this all the time. It does seams heavier than the last one and thicker, but that could also be that the old one was worn out! She can stay on this one without falling off!It came quickly, easy to put together and half the price I think I paid for the first one. 👍🏼👍🏼

Came without suction cups. Zoo Med is terrible. Also, they probably punch kittens.
The first time I bought a Zoo Med turtle dock, it came with all the parts it claims it does. Which shouldn’t be too hard, since it comes with a dock, bracket to mount the dock to the tank, and four suction cups. Six things. Three, really, since the suction cups came together in a bag. Then we got two more turtles and I decided to buy a second dock….and that’s when the defendent snapped, your honor.It came without any suction cups. No harm, I thought, I was driving by the same store again the next day and would simply swap it out for one with all the parts. And I did. Even looked inside the box to make sure that there were four suction cups. Thought I was all set. Got it home, opened the box, only to find that the suction cups were so warped that they could not suction. Which is pretty much their only job. Went back to the same store and opened up their remaining two boxes looking for suction cups, found none, so I returned the entire unit and bought one that (for reasons unbeknownst to me but probably involving Deeper Magic from Before the Dawn of Time) contained four functioning suction cups. Yippee.Turns out that one of our turtles finds the dock absolutely delicious. The little jerk has chewed a path almost through the entire width of the dock. Seeing that my reptilian children were about to be without an intact place to sun themselves, I ordered another new dock. It just got here today. Know what was in it? A dock, a bracket, a copious amount of shipping material, and that was it. Somebody at Zoo Med needs to be deprived of their suction cup counting responsibilities. And all other responsibilities. Preferably, I would like to see them jobless, homeless, friendless, and for good measure, hairless.I know what you’re thinking, why didn’t I just use the suction cups that came with the old dock. Not a bad question. Thing is that those suction cups never were all that great at suctioning either. Remember, just one job. I’d hoped that I just might be able to replace the cups I already had with a fully functioning set.But I can’t.Because I don’t have them.Because Zoo Med is terrible.

マイナス面は、少し鋭いところがありそこに当たると痛いなと感じたり、色？ハッポースチロールが禿げて届いていました。プラス面ではしっかり、吸盤で引っ付いているので亀だと分かりかねますが、僕の場合、イモリなので全く持って問題ありませんでした。大きさはMですが水槽と比べで思いのほか大きくて自分の計画性を反省ですね（笑）陸がこれで十分だったので無駄に水槽が重たくならず、水中面も増えてとても満足です。イモリたちはいぜんよりも悠々泳いで楽しそうな気がしました。マイナス面も考慮しても小さい生き物であれば星四は妥当だと思いました🙂

この値段の価値はないです。以下は気になった点。・断面はガサガサで、欠けているところが多い。・手触りは発泡スチロールに似ている。・浮力は弱い。・吸盤を付けるのに苦労する。とにかく作りがちゃちいです。

I was worried about it being to small, but even the small one is a good size for two small turtles. Very sturdy and much thicker than the pictures on here. Arrived on time. I would recommend

I read through the reviews before purchasing this and decided to take the chance & bought it. Having something extra for my fire belly newts, OLIVIA, oLIVia and JOHN (Olivia NEWTon John? No? Anyway…) interested me a lot so I took the chance & bought it. Before putting it in their tank I washed it well & let it dry. While washing it, particles did fall off but for me, I feel those are for traction for the tiny beast using it…maybe I’m wrong? After it had dried I put it in their aquarium & within minutes they were on it…curious little beasts. The dock has been in the aquarium for a few weeks now & there is no oily buildup on the surface of the water, the newts have not experienced an problems & are very often found basking up there. As for fit, my dock is in a 5 gallon aquarium on the short side. It is not far from being a tight fit but the newts are able to pass on both sides & the back.

The product looks excellent, is large and I didn’t realise, but the platform and bracket is designed to ensure the platform is neatly on top of the water no matter if water is added or taken away. Brilliant!The package was missing a the bracket, but seller was really helpful and sent one out swiftly for me, just waiting for it to arrive now. Very happy all around.
