I ordered this ZOSI C290 4K 8MP UHD Wired WiFi Security Camera because we wanted an outside, front door camera with the ability to record; recently there was a minor crime in our neighborhood and the police were checking all the cameras. Our old camera allows us to check who’s at the door and serves as a deterrent against porch pirates, but we didn’t have any history recorded that we could share with the police.This ZOSI camera comes with a 64 M card for storage; it’s not the biggest storage card, but it allows us to store footage without having to pay a monthly fee to an app, and the camera will take a card up to 256 GB. My husband is looking for a larger card so we don’t have to erase and re use so frequently, but the small card works fine for now.I’m not a huge tech person, so I can’t speak to a lot of intricate details about this camera, but I can say that my husband found it fairly easy to install, and it works well.It’s worth noting that this requires an external power source; our previous camera ran on battery. My husband had to jerryrig a bit to run a cord into the house; we live in a land marked neighborhood and a land marked house, and can’t just drill a hole in the wall or door. He managed to work a way to run the cord through the door; the age of the house worked in our favor, as there’s a tiny bit of room at the door frame. This requires DC power and comes with an adapter.We like being able to communicate with people at the door, and so far this is working great. It’s worth mentioning thatthis only runs on 2.4GHz wi fi; fortunately, that worked out for use, since our 5G is on the upper floors of our house, and the ground floor and English basement on the 2.4 GHz extender.My husband is the tech guy in our household; he liked this a lot, especially the ability to record without having to use a monthly pay service. I like knowing we’re recording, just in case something happens.Easy to install, clear view, love the two way communication.

Nachdem mir mein Auto gestohlen wurde kam es mir sehr recht die ” ZOSI 4K 8MP Überwachungskamera WLAN Außen mit 64GB Karte, 360° PTZ Kamera, Personen- & Fahrzeugerkennung, Auto-Tracking, 2-Wege-Audio, IR Nachtsicht ” testen zu dürfen.Das ganze ist ab Werk sicher in einem bedruckten Karton verpackt und kam auch unbeschädigt bei mir an.Das Kameragehäuse macht einen wertigen und dichten Eindruck. Auf der Unterseite befindet sich eine dicke Dichtung hinter der sich der Slot für die Micro-SD Karte verbirgt. Der Hersteller spendiert hier auch eine 64GB Karte die auch schon eingesetzt und formatiert ist.Befestigungsmaterial für die Wand oder Deckenmontage ist ebenfalls dabei.So nun die Cam ans Stromnetz mit dem mitgelieferten Steckerdnetzteils welches nicht wasserdicht ist.Mittels des QR Codes auf der Kurzanleitung (Deutsch) die App installieren (verweis ist auf Google Playstore ).Auch hier ist eine Zwangsregistrierung notwendig (ist in diesem Fall auch OK ). Nachdem die Emailadresse bestätigt wurde kann es auch los gehen.Sehr gut das der Login zur App nicht das gleiche ist wie der zur Verschlüsselung des WLans der Cam zum eigenen Wlan.Das Menü der App ist im guten Deutsch. jedoch finde ich es zu verschachtelt.Die App bietet viele Möglichkeiten der Alarm Auslösung wie z.b Auto Bewegung oder aber auch wenn sich nur Menschen bewegen. Das klappt alles sehr gut. Die Cam erkennt sehr gut die Unterschiede. Möchte mich aber nicht unbedingt auf Bewegungsalarme verlassen da hier auch viel Bewegung herrscht und plante eine Video-Dauerschleife einzurichten.Das einrichten einer Privatzone ist ebenfalls dabei. Da werden markierte Bereiche schattiert und sind in den Aufnahmen und beim Live-Bild nicht sichtbar.Die Tages und aber auch die Nachtaufnahmen sind sehr gut. (HD Modus) an 4k möchte ich da nicht denken. Die Auflösung des Videos ist zwar 4k aber doch nicht konform.Man kann auch einzelne Bilder machen die gut aufgelöst sind und sich hervorragend auch vergrößern lassen.Nun eine Cam bringt mir nix wenn sie nicht aufzeichnet.Das Problem liegt hier definitiv an der Handy-App.Aufgrund der vielen Bewegungen an und auf der Straße habe ich sämtliche Bewegungsalarme abgeschaltet.Wollte das die Kamera eine noststop Aufnahme macht, welches nicht funktioniert (immer nur exakt 3 Minuten)Speicherkarte ausgetauscht das Problem besteht immer noch.Anders verhält es sich mit der PC App da funktioniert es tadellos.Die Cam bietet auch eine Aufzeichnung direkt auf einer Cloud allerdings nur auf einer gebührenpflichtigen vom Hersteller.Obwohl die HandyApp schwächen aufweist finde ich die Kamera sehr gut.InfoHabe mal den Hersteller kontaktiert ob vielleicht ein Anwenderproblem oder ein App-Problem vorliegt.Werde über den Verlauf berichten.

La telecamera è arrivata ben imballata, in una doppia scatola di cartone, protetta da una schiuma poliuretanica, insieme ad una scheda SD da 64Gb preinstallata, all’alimentatore da rete, ai tasselli per il fissaggio, una dima adesiva per i fori, un adesivo di avviso e il manuale multilingua con italiano.L’installazione è molto semplice e veloce , infatti basta fissarla a parete o al soffitto con i fisher in dotazione, alimentarla e mediante il software per smartphone (Zosi Smart) seguire la procedura guidata; attenzione alla wi-fi, è supportata solo la rete a 2,4GHz e non quella a 5GHz.La visualizzazione dell’immagine può essere a bassa definizione per connessioni lente oppure agendo su “SD” può essere commutata in 4K (8 MP) con una definizione nettamente superiore.La registrazione dell’immagine avviene su memoria SD locale, oppure su un DVR (acquistabile separatamente) e non sono necessari abbandonanti né per ricevere gli alert che per l’attivazione di funzionalità avanzate basate su AI come il riconoscimento delle persone.Inoltre tramite app è possibile orientare la telecamera, stabilire dei percorsi che deve compiere o anche oscurare alcune zone della visuale (per problemi legati alla privacy.In definitiva un’ottima soluzione per sorvegliare spazi sia di giorno che di notte al buio con una qualità dell’immagine sempre molto buona.

I’ve been using this camera for about a month now, I used it watch my cat, and I can confidently say it’s the best one I’ve ever owned. Setup was super quick and easy — I had it up and running in just a few minutes. I have been really impressed with this camera so far. I was replacing an existing camera, so the power wires were already in place. It was simple to set up – just download the Zosi app mentioned in the listing and follow the in-app instructions. The app itself is great to use and very full featured. Most things are self explanatory and there is a link to an online manual if anything isn’t clear.You can connect to your network via Ethernet or Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is only 2.4GHz, but I have had no issues, the connection has been rock solid.When you first view the video, it is “SD,” but tapping the “4K” button improves the image straight away. Unfortunately, I couldn’t see a way for it to start in “4K” mode.The pan and tilt are very responsive, and you can either use the on-screen joystick or simply swipe on your screen. You can also set up presets to make moving to specific areas even quicker.Personal preference, but I prefer multiple static cameras to cover an area rather than a pan and tilt camera, as you may leave the camera facing away from something you would have liked recorded.I really like how you can record locally to the memory card and you don’t have to have yet another subscription. Even all the advanced AI features are free to use, unlike other manufacturers who only let you use these with a subscription. They even include a 64GB memory card!The two-way audio works well, as do the AI features. It can detect people and send you a notification to your phone, including an image, and when you click it, it opens the video in the app.During the day the image quality is very good. Night vision is also great with the infrared covering our average-sized garden.Great quality camera, you won’t be disappointed.
