Audio is Not Intelligible
The audio on the device is so unclear that it is impossible to use it to speak to each other. I had hoped to use this for my elder mother who has trouble using the phone but the audio is so fuzzy and low that it is not feasible to use. I wrote for support when I first tried it. I waited for a response but never received one. I would like to return the product but I do not see the option to return it. I received it 32 days ago.

Works Great!
Really and unbelievably great price on a feature-loaded 2-camera system. There’s a stationary camera meant to view the area you want (like a door) and there’s a PTZ camera that can be moved or used to track motion. The software is pretty easy to use, and you can store video to the MicroSD card, but if you want to use the cloud storage, you have to pay after one month. Took me a while to find the Micro Card slot but after reading the instructions, it’s there by the movable camera, you just have to move the lens.
